Most construction projects start with a flurry of bids. They end with dozens of Contractors coming and going trying to get things done on time and on budget. Inherent in this construction model are multiple hidden costs and inefficiencies. These costs have to be passed on to customers. Generally, customers simply pay these extra costs because its the only construction option available. Contractors have always enjoyed exclusive access to the construction resources as brokers. Sort of like taxicabs used to control the call center, dispatch drivers and their cars.

At winlew.com, we plan to build a new construction eco system that gets projects done for less money and more efficiently. Sort of like Uber connecting drivers and cars with riders. We will provide Project Mangers, Tradespeople,  equipment and material direct to customers. We will still be a licensed contractor but we will deliver all trades, all materials and all equipment to the site on time and on demand. At our core we will be a technology company. In practice, we will be an industry leader in construction and maintenance, creating a new experience for our customers.
